MSI Afterburner 2.2.0 Beta 14
MSI Afterburner 2.2.0 beta 14 have a problem in 7970 over clock Enable unofficial overclocking after Catalyst 12.2 AMD has removed two dll files in Catalyst 12.2 that still existed in version 12.1. Therefore if 12.2 happens to be the first driver you install on your new system you won't have those two dll files on your computer. This causes MSI Afterburner to fail to set the unofficial overclocking values. To fix the problem you need to download the two dll files and place them in your system folder. The files should be placed like this: atipdl64.dll - to - Windows System32 atipdlxx.dll - to - Windows SysWOW64 You need to REBOOT afterwards.
The files can be downloaded here: Reference. Kl codec pack.
I was wondering what that switch was for So i switched to 'Performance Mode' and kind of almost freaked out when i booted back up, because my pc took a while to start up 'longer than normal', when it entered Windows it changed to 800x600 Res and said my Hardware was not supported, but a min or 2 after that it said 'New Device Installed and ready for use' and asked to restart, so i restarted and. Kapish Seems we have a winner: It does run a bit hotter than when on silent mode, but will sort that out. Thanks for the effort. I Assume that is my actual 'Volt' measurement.
Latest afterburner 2.2.0 beta 15 is ready for you to download. This beta supports the control of GTXx80 card, if you get the card, you may try to play it.
Oop php tutorial. Actually, i am talking crap, because my card was on 'Performance', and switched to 'Silent', i thought it was the other way around. Seems that in 'Performance' it shows like the above '+0' and when in 'Silent' it actually gives the Voltage Parameters. Also in 'Performance' i have the 'Tripple Voltage' settings, but on 'Silent' i only have the 'Core Voltage' setting. One last thing, in 'Silent' my default Core Voltage is 0.9880V, in 'Performance' it is 0.9120V, would thought it should be the other way around. This is not a problem its works in that way. Of course to monitor the voltage you need to unlock it 1st, then to tell to monitor system that you want to monitor the voltage too. About the Performance and Silent Modes also there is no issue.
This power edition version has special voltage control and can adjust Memory and Aux voltages when its running in Performance Mode, the way of GPU voltage control is also changed in Performance Mode compared to Silent Mode where its used the standard GPU voltage control. In a Performance Mode its works with offsets voltages, which add voltage to the GPU base voltage. It doesn't follows BIOS spec. And it doesn't modify the base voltage In a Silent Mode the VGA will be treated as standard one and GPU core voltage can be adjusted by standard way following BIOS spec, with 12.5mV steps.
