Batman Arkham Origins Glitch Fix Download Speed

So I have the infinite fall glitch. I am at the point where I am going to disarm the bomb at the north pillar in the Firefly mission. I went through the door that you had to charge to go to pioneers bridge north and ever since going through that door i've had the infinite fall glitch. I had high hopes for patch 1.04 coming out, but got home and download and installed patch 1.04 loaded up my save game and batman still does the infinite fall thing.

For Batman: Arkham Origins on the PlayStation 3, a GameFAQs message board topic titled 'patches to fix game-breaking glitch. Need to download a patch. Copperhead Elevator Crash Fix 1. Ini in your Batman Arkham Origins.

Pretty pissed off about this this. Pay $60 for a game that you can't even complete. I saw one guy said he fixed it by restarting the mission, but correct me if i'm wrong, I don't have a restart mission. I only have restart from last saved checkpoint and everytime I load it up i get the same results. Is anyone else having the same infinite fall glitch after patching to 1.04?

Did this patch actually fix anyones infinite fall glitch? I'm on PS3 by the way. *For Xbox 360/Wii U players experiencing this issue, don't worry - the save games sent from your fellow PS3 and PC players is enough for the dev teams to test the bugs and investigate a fix for all platforms. The infinite falling bug has not and will never be fixed as that is this company's way of showing respect to their paying customers. Patches 1.05 (the ver last patch that allegedly fixed some things) and 1.06 (which doesn't fix squat and only enables recent story DLC be played) didn't fix these happenings either (they also introduced new bugs). Recommendation is to sell this pathetic, poorly developed and worse coded sorry excuse for an indie game, get some money back and invest it into a better company's better game. If you MUST (try) to play this then, restart from scratch in a new gamesave, have an USB pendrive at the ready at all times, play for a bit, make a gamesave backup, continue trying to play, make another save, get your mandatory game breaking glitch, reload your save from the pendrive into your console or PC and try to continue playing. Repeat ad-nauseam or until you finally finish this trash.
