Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix is a remake of Super Street Fighter II Turbo (the fifth arcade iteration of the Street Fighter II series) in high definition using graphics drawn by UDON Entertainment, and arranged music by OverClocked ReMix, directed by DJ Pretzel and Shael Riley. It has been released for the PlayStation Store and Xbox Live Arcade download services, but no PC version. So what about for PC users? I found out there is a replica (not official and not perfect) of this game for PC using the famous Mugen engine.

I was playing with the lifebar and I ended up making a screenpack. I tried to be faithfull to the original game. Therefore there is only 18 slots, and the names at simul and turns are not very good placed. I know there's a lot of spaces, but I won't create more slots, or do something that is not at the original game. If you wish to, you can edit it. There's a lot of things missing though. I couldn't add 'first attack', some fonts need to be more aligned, there is no intro, nor ending and gameover screens, I couldn't make a continue screen with timer just like the original game (I don't know if it is possible), I couldn't add the 'Super' animation when the powerbar is full (I really don't know how to do that at the screenpack), and some other minor things.

If you can do or help me with this, contact me, please! Most of the sprites and fonts are made by me in photoshop, so this is far from perfect. Install instructions at the readme. Default resolution is 1280x720p, and it includes 840p and 1024p.

Mugen 1.0 only. The win icons are ok here. Is anyone having the same problem? The fonts are made by myself at photoshop, using the pen tool and blending options. I based at screenshots and videos.

They took me some time. But I was lazy, the select screen and vs screen names font don't have lower case, and I didn't make the victory font (I used Arial black). It is really time consuming to code fonts (where it begins and ends), it is much easier to make the font itself then coding it. EDIT: I was looking for your lifebars, but I couldn't find them, so I ended up making this screenpack. I actually agree with this.

Super

When I think of a full game, it tends to bring up images of some guy taking a screenpack, putting the respective characters in, and saying it's his 'full game'. When you look at a well done full game, it compiles sounds, stages, characters, everything to emulate the original game from which it is based. However, in order for parse to add sounds/stages, they'd have to be released. If they're released, then the community can easily add them themselves, eliminating the need for a full game to be made.
