Unfortunately right now they can't be used together, but they are currently working on fixing that. With 7th Heaven, you get updated mods for graphics, gameplay, music and more in a much easier and more effective fashion than Bootleg ever had.

With the Reunion you don't quite get as many graphical overhauls past menu updates but you do get the Beacause retranslation, which vastly improves on the original translation. The only thing to look out for is that by using either of these mods you forego the use of Steam integration, so no achievements, trainers, etc.
